Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product seal must not be broken or damaged
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective item).
